The 6^th interdisciplinary Conference of Production, Logistics and traffic (ICPLT) is jointly hosted by TU Dortmund University and TU Darmstadt. After initiating the 1^st ICPLT, the Department of Management and Logistics of TU Darmstadt and the Institute of Transport Logistics of TU Dortmund joined forces and collaboratively host the biannual interdisciplinary Conference on Production, Logistics and Traffic.

The 6^th ICPLT addresses interfaces of production, logistics and traffic, and seeks solutions for economic, ecological and societal issues around transport as the essential link for production, logistics and society.

Therefore, the 6^th ICPLT aims to identify trends and challenges for resilient & sustainable transport as the essential link for production, logistics and society. Innovative technologies and strategies will be presented and discussed to better understand the interdependencies and conflicts of interest between the areas of production, logistics and traffic.
